   Create an account with your email

   Open the sign-up page, enter an email address you actually use, choose a password of at least 8 characters containing at least one digit, then type it again to confirm.

   Step 2

   Pick a plan

   After signing up you choose a plan before entering the product. Plans differ in the number of credits, how many pipelines you get, and which AI tiers you can switch on.

   TipIf you are unsure, start on Free and let the first week of real message volume tell you whether to upgrade.

   Step 3

   Create your company workspace

   Enter the company name that will be shown in the product. The company is the boundary for all of your data — connected channels, team members and conversation history.

   Step 4

   Open the dashboard for the first time

   Once the company exists you land in the dashboard. The next things to do are to connect at least one chat channel and invite the teammates who will help you handle conversations.

   TipAn empty inbox at this point is expected — messages only start arriving once a channel is connected.
