01What we collect

We collect only what you type into the form, plus the minimum technical data needed to prevent abuse.

• Your full name and the name of your company or organisation
• The email address and/or phone number you want us to reply to
• Your type of business, the chat channels you use and your daily chat volume
• The plan you are interested in and any message you write to us
• Referral data (UTM parameters), such as the campaign that brought you to this page
• A hashed form of your IP address and the timestamp of your consent

02Why we use it

We use this information for the following purposes only.

• To contact you and arrange the demo you asked for
• To prepare examples that match how your business actually works
• To answer questions about plans, pricing and channel integrations
• To improve this website and how we present the product overall

03Legal basis and disclosure

We process this data on the basis of the consent you give when submitting the form. We do not sell, trade or disclose your data to third parties for marketing. The only exceptions are service providers we need in order to operate — such as email and cloud hosting providers, who are bound by confidentiality agreements — and disclosures required by law.

04How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you. If you do not become a customer and there is no further contact, we delete the record or render it non-identifying once that period ends. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will do so within 30 days.

05Your rights

Under the PDPA you have the following rights, and exercising them is free of charge.

• Access your personal data and request a copy of it
• Correct data that is inaccurate or out of date
• Request erasure, or ask us to suspend use of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out
• Object to processing, and request that your data be ported to another controller
• Lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee

06Security

Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), access is limited to the staff who need it in order to reply to you, and we do not write full email addresses or phone numbers into our system logs.
